In this pivotal role, you’ll deliver high-level executive support to our Chief Purpose Officer, ensuring priorities are managed seamlessly and outcomes are achieved with precision and professionalism. Your key responsibilities will include: Delivering high-level administrative support to the Chief Purpose Officer and her leadership team with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance, always in a proactive and professional manner, and with minimal supervision. Coordinating and preparing papers for Board, Committee, and Management reporting, ensuring alignment with governance and compliance frameworks. Managing complex diaries, including scheduling meetings and appointments, and ensuring the Chief Purpose Officer is fully prepared with all necessary documentation and pre-reading. About you Success in this role depends on your ability to cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, exercise exceptional organisational and coordination skills, and adapt seamlessly to shifting priorities to deliver accurate, high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines. You’re resilient, adaptable, and thrive in a dynamic environment. You have the confidence to make decisions autonomously and the professional presence to represent the executive effectively. As the ideal candidate, you will bring: Proven experience in executive-level assistance and administration, ideally within a large corporate environment. Familiarity with board processes and executive-level stakeholder engagement. Discretion and tact in managing confidential matters on behalf of the Chief Purpose Officer. Advanced digital proficiency, including the ability to source and interpret information efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with sharp attention to detail and sound judgment in prioritising tasks. Why join RACQ?
