Description Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and personal support to the Co-Owner of our law firm. This role requires exceptional professionalism, discretion, strong communication skills, and advanced proficiency with modern office and legal technologies. Key Responsibilities Provide direct administrative and personal support to the Co-Owner Manage a complex calendar, appointments, meetings, travel, and project days Screen and respond to phone calls, emails, and electronic communications Communicate with clients on behalf of the Co-Owner and summarize key matters Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, engagement letters, and documents Transcribe voicemails and dictated messages Conduct internet and legal-related research as requested Organize files, track expenses, and manage continuing education records Maintain strict confidentiality and work independently Follow firm directives and complete additional projects as assigned Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of executive assistant or senior administrative experience (law firmp referred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong proofreading ability Highly organized with strong time-management skills Typing speed of 60 WPM or higher Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) Strong working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat (PDF editing, redaction, e-signatures) Experience with chat/collaboration tools and cloud-based document systems Comfort using modern and AI-assisted productivity tools Education Associate or Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent professional experience.
