Description Overtime Status: Salary, Non-Exempt Scope: The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing direct support to the COO. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provides general administrative support to the COO as needed and requested. Assists COO with the preparation and distribution of materials as requested. Provides support in producing reports and other documents as requested. Maintains vendor data and processes invoices for approval and payment. Maintains the calendar of the COO and assists with scheduling and coordinating meetings, presentations, events, and other similar activities. Creates, proofreads, and edits documents, including memos, letters, and reports. Responsible for Credentialing, Licensing and renewals for providers. Must be able to work at other locations and overtime as needed. Must be open to cross training and learning other areas as needed. Other duties as assigned by the COO. Requirements Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent (required) Minimum of two (2) years of Executive Assistant experience in a similar role (required) Previous healthcare office experience (preferred) Knowledge of provider credentialing, licensing, and renewals (required) Proficient computer and skills Excellent interpersonal oral and written communications skills Certifications/Licenses: Notary Public (preferred)
