Job Description We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level, proactive support to our Chief Product Officer (CPO). This role requires a trusted professional who can manage complexity with ease, operate with absolute discretion, and thrive in a dynamic global environment. You will be a strategic partner to the CPO, enabling her to focus on driving Unit4’s product vision while ensuring operational excellence behind the scenes. This is a remote position that may involve occasional travel to Unit4 offices worldwide. This role may also require flexibility to work outside of standard business hours to meet organisational needs. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Calendar & Time Management: Expertly manage a demanding calendar across multiple time zones, balancing priorities and anticipating needs Travel Coordination: Plan and oversee complex international and domestic travel, ensuring seamless logistics and minimal disruption Meeting & Communication Support: Prepare materials, briefings, and correspondence with exceptional attention to detail and tone Project & Team Support: Provide organisational and administrative support for key projects, not only for the CPO but across the wider Product team Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and professionalism Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships across global teams, acting as a connector and facilitator for efficient communication and alignment Operational Efficiency: Anticipate challenges, streamline processes, and identify opportunities to make the CPO and Product function operate more effectively Event Management: Coordinate logistics and materials for key internal and external meetings, leadership offsites, and team events Team Partnership: Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to provide mutual support and maintain alignment across the Global Leadership Team Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience supporting C-suite or senior executives Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent the CPO and Unit4 with professionalism and tact Organisation: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, changing environments Tech Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Discretion: Demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with sound judgment Calm Under Pressure: Thrives in high-pressure situations and remains composed, resourceful, and solution-focused Collaborative Spirit: Flexible, approachable, and willing to assist others when needed — a true team player Global Mindset: Comfortable working across cultures, regions, and time zones Professionalism: A proactive, polished, and no-nonsense attitude with a genuine commitment to excellence Flexibility: As mentioned above, this role may occasionally require working outside regular office hours to support business needs Additional Information Join Unit4 and be part of one of the most exciting journeys in the cloud ERP software space.
