Description

This unique role will be office based at our luxury bathroom showroom, Original Bathrooms. Based in a lovely part of Richmond it is the world’s oldest bathroom retailer and became part of the Group in 2005. More recently it has had a refurbishment and is now an ideal space for our colleagues and clients to collaborate.
As an Executive Assistant you will provide comprehensive support to the Original Bathrooms Company Director to ensure the smooth management of day-to-day affairs and when appropriate, take the lead in the Director’s absence. You will also be responsible for the handling of sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner. Working as a member of the office team, you will play a huge part in the delivery of excellent customer service to ensure that our customers’ expectations are met and exceeded.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - WHAT YOU WILL HAVE

  • Prior PA or EA experience.
  • Ability to create working relationships with existing and potential customers, suppliers and Company internal departments.
  • A good team player.

  • An excellent understanding of margins and formulae.

Responsibilities
  • Track all enquiries and record project information in spreadsheet form overseeing timelines and working with other departments to achieve.
  • Update and maintain the project tracker.
  • Devise and maintain filing system for specification projects.
  • Manage all written and verbal correspondence in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Creating detailed pictorial quotes and technical packs.
  • Obtain technical data sheets to support each project.
  • Creating orders on Kerridge with detailed notes when the order is confirmed.
  • Ensure bespoke products are signed off for production.
  • Supply the buying team with sales orders and call-off schedules once orders are confirmed and recorded.
  • Manage all orders through to dispatch including payment and factory follow through.
  • Provide client account statements and rebate payments.
  • Organising meetings, samples and brochures.
  • Act as a dotted line manager in the director’s absence ensuring alignment with priorities.
  • Handling confidential matters with discretion.
  • Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external clients/employees.
  • Screen and direct phone calls.
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments, including travel arrangements.
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs and distribute where applicable.
  • Delegating tasks and monitoring completion.
  • Support the Director with HR and engagement activities.
  • Run team meetings, setting agendas and drive follow ups for necessary.
