EA to EGM Finance and Head of Legal
Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for a flexible part-time (30.4 hours) opportunity? We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to support our Finance and Legal departments. This permanent role offers the chance to work closely with senior leaders in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
About the Role
As the Executive Assistant to the EGM Finance and Head of Legal, you will be the trusted partner, providing high-level administrative and organisational support to both the EGM Finance and
the Legal Department. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare documentation, and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.

To be successful in this role, you will have proven professional experience supporting senior leadership roles, and an ability to stay one step ahead of the workflow. While not essential, an understanding of the tenets of The Salvation Army or prior working history in a faith-based organisation would be favourable.
