Description

We’re a Glasgow-based, growing ecommerce company selling innovative travel accessories to customers around the world. Led by an engineer-turned-digital-marketer, we’re an entrepreneurial business that thrives on creativity, results, and delivering products that make travel easier and more enjoyable.
As we continue to expand globally, we’re looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Founder and CEO in managing priorities, optimising efficiency and enabling the business to scale effectively.
“As we champion the dreams of curious travellers and expand our global reach, the role of Executive Assistant is pivotal in helping us stay ahead and deliver on our purpose. This role is about being a proactive partner who thrives on taking ownership, ensuring seamless coordination, and keeping our business aligned with our values. If you’re ready to play a key role in supporting a growing, purpose-driven business, I’m excited to welcome you to the team.”
Michael Corrigan, Founder and CEO

This is a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with Michael, ensuring his time and focus are directed towards the highest-impact opportunities. You’ll be highly organised, proactive and a great people person, with epic planning skills to be two steps ahead and anticipate needs in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment but also quickly adapt. It goes without saying that you’ll be trustworthy and tech literate but curiosity and passion for all things travel would be a bonus. You will:

  • Plan and manage Michael’s schedule and priorities, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting him to prepare presentations, reports and briefing documents ahead of meetings
  • Coordinate international travel, logistics and meetings, building effective relationships with a wide range of external stakeholders as well as internal teams
  • Support coordination, tracking and delivery of key projects and events Michael is involved in, supporting other members of the leadership team where required to keep business performance on track
  • Coordinate and manage effective internal and external communications, ensuring Michael is well represented on relevant social media platforms
  • Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making and participate in special projects and initiatives prioritised by Michael
