Job Description Provide full administrative support to the General Manager, including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the GM. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for executive meetings. Assist in planning, organizing and executing sustainability initiatives (e.g., Earth Day, recycling drives, zero‑waste campaigns, sustainability workshops). Prepare sustainability communication materials (newsletters, posters, intranet updates). Engage with stakeholders, including guests, employees, and local communities, to promote sustainability awareness and initiatives. Qualifications Prior experience in administrative or secretarial roles (1–3 years). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Good in Thai and English with strong communication skills. Experience supporting hospitality sustainability programs or ESG reporting.
