YOUR CAPABILITY AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a similar role supporting a Group Executive or General Manager.
  • Highly organised with proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong judgement and initiative; driven to follow up and see tasks through to completion.
  • High degree of confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with individuals at all levels of seniority.Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, OneDrive).

Responsibilities:

  • Using initiative and judgement in managing emails, diary and priorities for the Group Executive – TTO, including meeting organisation and preparation.
  • Provision of general secretarial, administration and business support such as invoicing, the preparation of meeting agendas, printing material, developing presentations.
  • Attending management meetings when required and taking minutes.
  • Proactive management of business unit expenses and reporting.
  • Organising travel and accommodation as required.
  • Assisting the team with recruitment approvals, onboarding and offboarding of employees.Coordinating town halls and events.
