WHAT YOU’LL DO
Supporting the Group President & VP Sales in an extremely fast paced / high growth environment
Working in a professional manner, maintaining diplomacy and confidentiality in communicating highly sensitive information with people of all levels within the company and externally
Proactive and extensive management of the President & VP Sale’s diary and inbox, ensuring emails are dealt with in a timely manner, replying to emails where appropriate and ensuring emails are archived
Organising team dinners and events
Arranging travel on a regular basis as well as some personal travel
Responsible for planning the President & Sales VP’s time/diary and deciding which items take priority, reacting to situations as they arise and amending the calendar to suit
Gatekeeper between the President & Sales VP and the other departments within the Business
Assisting in signing of documents with the legal team and company secretary for the Boards of each country we operate in
Ensuring full preparation for each meeting, creating slides/agendas and taking notes in team meetings and strategy meetings, including printing & binding of documents.
Scheduling business group reviews, monthly leadership meetings, board meetings and taking and distributing minutes/actions
Processing and preparing expenses and coordinating approval for direct reports expenses
Work with the CEO’s Executive Assistant in running the bi-monthly Global Assistants virtual meetings
