YOUR CHALLENGE Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Group Communications, acting as first point of contact for internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization and external parties, including media Draft, proofread, and present high-quality documents, presentations, correspondence, briefings, and reports in German and English using advanced MS Office skills Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, global travel arrangements, and prepare expense reports with precision Organize internal and external meetings and events, including hybrid meetings, conferences, and team workshops, covering all logistical aspects Plan and manage business trips including travel planning such as flights, hotels, transfers and expense reports Proactively support preparing for meetings, with appropriate research and/or briefings Independently handle ad-hoc tasks, including small project coordination and HR-related administrative support YOUR PROFILE Discreet and trustworthy individual with absolute dedication to confidentiality Team-oriented and solution-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Highly organised, proactive, and able to operate reliably under pressure with minimal supervision, with strong attention to detail Proficient user in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint Relevant higher educational and professional background We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
