POSITION OVERVIEW

This position is an onsite role at The Bodyline Wellness Clinics head office based in Disley. Bodyline Medical Wellness Clinic are a leading organisation in Weight Health and Menopause supported medical treatments.
The position plays a pivotal role in supporting the efficient functioning of the operations within the organisation. This position requires a high level of organisational skills, attention to details, and the ability to multitask. The Executive Assistant will work closely with Managing Director on various tasks and project work, to ensure smooth coordination of administrative tasks, communication, and operational activities.
The business is expanding into exciting new areas, both in the development of new treatments but also new markets.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

  • This role would suit a graduate with demonstrated administrative skills and an interest in healthcare/wellness or an accomplished administrator within an operations/ business environment, healthcare/wellness background preferred.
  • Must have proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), project management tools and CRM systems (Hub Spot, Sales Force)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organisation.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Must have own car and be prepared to travel out to the company’s satellite clinics.
  • Experience in auditing or compliance work is preferred, full training given on bespoke systems.
