We are looking for a Personal Assistant who will play a pivotal role in supporting not only Visions Design but also these wider business ventures.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident with digital tools (Google Workspace, project management platforms).
Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities at once.
Discreet and professional with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Personal Assistant will be the dependable link between directors, teams, and external partners — managing priorities, keeping operations moving, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This is a varied role that requires initiative, adaptability, and a keen eye for detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Diary & Schedule Management: Coordinate calendars, meetings, and commitments across Visions Design and associated business ventures.
Travel & Logistics: Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for directors and team members as needed.
Communication Support: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, record actions, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
Document & Project Assistance: Support with presentations, contracts, reports, and proposals for Visions Design and related ventures.
Operational Support: Help manage day-to-day business operations, ensuring processes run smoothly.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Take on varied responsibilities to support directors and the wider business interests as they evolve.
