ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to Nursing and Midwifery to join us in this critical role to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior nursing executives. As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings for the Director and Deputy Director of Nursing and Midwifery.
  • Preparing committee agendas, minutes, reports, and presentation materials.
  • Handling incoming communications and ensuring timely responses and workflow continuity.
  • Providing secretariat support to meetings and acting as a key liaison across teams.
