Overview:
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide proactive, high-level administrative and personal support to the Owner/Principal, ensuring his time, priorities, and commitments are effectively managed. This role requires exceptional initiative, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining discretion. The EA will also support day-to-day business operations and occasional personal tasks, requiring flexibility and a hands-on approach.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable senior administrative role.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Business acumen and understanding of professional operations considered an asset

  • Act as the primary liaison between the Owner and clients, partners, and team members.
  • Draft, proofread, and prepare correspondence, presentations, and documents.
  • Coordinate business and occasional personal errands, appointments, and logistics.
  • Track and follow up on ongoing projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Prepare expense reports, track budgets, and assist with financial administration.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism.
