You’ll ensure meetings are purposeful, communication flows smoothly, and travel is planned with excellence - so that our team can operate at its best. What You’ll Be Doing Managing the CEO’s calendar and schedule with thought and precision, ensuring time is used wisely. Coordinating internal and external meetings, lunches, and coffees that strengthen relationships. Helping the CEO stay connected with the team - tracking milestones, celebrating special events, and scheduling company posts. Partnering with the event planner to organize key company events and celebrations. Coordinating travel details to ensure trips run seamlessly. Maintaining external brand presence through occasional updates to the CEO’s social media profiles. Tracking ongoing projects and priorities to ensure progress, alignment, and follow-through. Identifying new ways to simplify processes and improve efficiency, using technology and tools to help the CEO stay organized and focused. Preparing meeting materials and ensuring everything is ready before each engagement. What you bring 5-6 years of executive or administrative experience with a Bachelor’s in Communications or Business, or 7+ years of commensurate experience. Strong skill set in calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other organizational tools. A comfort with technology and curiosity for finding smarter, more efficient ways to work. Professionalism, discretion, and a deep understanding that confidentiality is foundational to trust. The ability to anticipate needs before they’re spoken and handle sensitive information with integrity and care. A calm, steady demeanor with excellent communication and follow-through. The Details Location: On-site, with flexibility (a few in-office days each week, even when the CEO travels. Schedule: M-F 8:00AM - 4:30PM Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more! Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field and 5-6 years of professional experience or 6-7 years of progressively responsible work experience in lieu of a degree. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, draft professional communications, and maintain discretion with sensitive information. Strong interpersonal and organizational awareness; capable of representing executive-level messaging and insight. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
