PURPOSE

Ensuring the provision of high-quality executive, administrative, organisational, and support to the Chief Executive and wider Leadership Team (LT), helping to ensure effective day-to-day functioning of strategic, governance, and operational activities.
This is a pivotal role at the heart of the organisation, providing support that enables the CEO to focus on strategic priorities, external engagement, and organisational leadership.
Acting as a key point of coordination of internal and external relationships and processes you will be a trusted advisor and gate keeper, anticipating needs, streamlining processes and internal communications including the use of SharePoint as a company intranet and overseeing HR administration.
