Description

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide support and establish working relationships with high-level executives and contribute to the overall efficiency of the HDAI organization.

Responsibilities

· Under minimal supervision, provide administrative support services and prepare internal/external communications on the executive’s behalf.
· Provide extensive and continuous calendar, travel, and expense management, including scheduling, sending reminders, and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
· May perform special assignments such as researching information and compiling reports
· Ensure that executive leadership is informed of priorities, deadlines, and challenges.
· Respond to a wide variety of requests for information, analyze needs and problems and determine approach and priority.
· Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of team and company information
· Assist in general office management, coordinate office supply inventories, and organize catering when necessary
· Proactively assist with Executive Leadership Team administrative support as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Experience and Other Requirements
1. 5+ years of relevant experience supporting administrative functions at the executive level
2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, operate with a high sense of urgency and work within an environment of frequent interruptions, conflicting priorities, and varying workloads.
3. Excellent calendar management skills and demonstrated history of complex scheduling with consistent follow through
4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively with a wide variety of internal and external clients
5. Highly developed written communication skills, email correspondence and verbal communication skills.
6. Strong organization and prioritization skills; demonstrated history of successfully managing multiple concurrent initiatives and maintaining one’s own workflow
7. Advanced experience in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
8. Ability to anticipate needs, resourcefulness and responsiveness are essential
9. Bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,325.00 - $115,475.00 per year
