Description
What we’re looking for: We are looking for a highly capable, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO at a fast-moving startup. This role goes far beyond classic administrative work - you will operate as an extension of the CEO, helping him stay focused on the highest-impact priorities, driving clarity and alignment across teams, and enabling the company to move faster and more efficiently. If you excel in dynamic environments, have exceptional judgment, and enjoy building structure where it doesn’t exist, we want to hear from you. What you’ll do: Executive Operations & Priority Management Serve as the CEO’s strategic partner in planning, prioritizing, and tracking key initiatives. Anticipate needs, identify roadblocks, and ensure the CEO is always prepared for upcoming meetings, decisions, and follow-ups. Manage and continuously optimize the CEO’s calendar, ensuring that time is spent where it creates the most value. Build lightweight processes and workflows that streamline communication and execution across the company. Communication & Stakeholder Coordination Act as the CEO’s liaison with internal teams, investors, partners, and external stakeholders. Draft, review, and manage executive-level communications and presentations. Ensure clear, timely, and effective flow of information between the CEO and key functions such as Product, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations. Maintain a deep understanding of company priorities to represent the CEO’s point of view with alignment and discretion. Operational Support & Meeting Effectiveness Coordinate meetings end-to-end: set agendas, prepare materials, record key decisions, and drive accountability on action items. Plan and manage logistics for travel, offsites, leadership gatherings, and company-wide initiatives. Implement systems and tools that improve productivity and create visibility into commitments and timelines. Project & Initiative Ownership Lead and support cross-functional projects, research requests, operational tasks, and special initiatives directly for the CEO. Conduct analysis, gather information, and prepare insights to support decision-making. Identify organizational gaps or inefficiencies and propose solutions proactively. Requirements What you’ll bring 5+ years supporting C-level executives, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced setting. Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew. High emotional intelligence, strong discretion, and the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics. Strong problem-solving mindset and the confidence to take initiative without waiting for direction. Mastery of productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management platforms). Bachelor’s degree preferred, but proven experience and excellence matter more.
Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant will support the CEO by managing priorities, optimizing the CEO's calendar, and facilitating communication across teams. Additionally, the role involves coordinating meetings, managing logistics, and leading cross-functional projects.
