Responsibilities
  • Keep the CEO’s world turning: Juggle calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel (sometimes tagging along for the ride!).
  • Be the CEO’s gatekeeper: Sort comms, prep docs, and ensure everything’s polished and on point.
  • Rally the troops: Organise team events, chase up actions, and hold people (nicely) accountable.
  • Build bridges: Connect with leaders and teams across NRMA Parks & Resorts and the broader NRMA Group.
  • Pitch in: Help with projects, special events, and anything else that needs your magic touch.
  • Provide broader support to the senior leadership team to ensure alignment.
