  • Triage and manage email inbox for CEO
  • Follow up on internal and external communications
  • Proactively identify ways to create time and space for the CEO
  • Maintain running lists of projects, deadlines, and delegated items
  • Manage recurring admin tasks (e.g., SOP creation, document prep, gifting, follow-ups)
  • Support personal tasks and logistics as needed (e.g., appointments, household/family-related tasks)

You Should Have:

  • 3+ years supporting a C-level executive or entrepreneur (financial services background a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Mastery of calendar tools (Outlook) and task/project systems
  • Strong judgment and commitment to confidentiality
  • A track record of creating systems and improving workflows
  • Comfort giving and receiving direct feedback

What You’ll Get:

  • A high-trust, high-impact seat at the table
  • A supportive and growing team environment
  • Opportunities to shape how a high-performing firm operates
  • The chance to work with a CEO committed to personal growth, clarity, and focus
  • Immersion in a culture that puts the team first.
