Your mission is to maximize the CEOs time and focus, enabling our journey toward becoming a known German supplier. This is a role for a proactive partner who doesn't just manage tasks but deeply cares about making the CEOs life easier. Your Responsibilities Strategic Time Management: Proactively manage the CEOs complex calendar across Germany, Egypt, and global time zones, anticipating needs before they arise to reduce stress and maximize efficiency. Culturally Aware Communication: Serve as a professional facilitator for the CEO, managing high-volume communication in a culturally respectful manner that reflects our brand promise of transparency. Documentation & Accountability: Draft, edit, and organize executive materials—from board reports to LinkedIn brand-building stories—with the German precision and attention to detail our clients expect. Operational Partnership: Support the CEO in executing special projects and initiatives, taking full ownership of follow-up actions to ensure nothing is left unanswered. Project Ownership: Manage special projects and internal initiatives from initiation to completion, ensuring all milestones are met through proactive follow-ups and Accountability . SOP Development & Organization: Create, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Executive Office to ensure "German precision" in every task and prevent unanswered requests. Confidentiality & Integrity: Handle sensitive digital files and financial documentation with absolute discretion, embodying our value of being "honest to a fault". Who You Are (The Ideal Candidate) Organizational Expert: You have a proven track record of creating order out of chaos and a deep experience in developing and following SOPs. Communicator: Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in German or Arabic is a significant plus for our cross-cultural operations. Experience: 3–5 years of experience supporting C-Level executives (CEO, COO, President), preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
