The Space Force Association (SFA) is hiring a highly organized and professional Part-Time Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role is critical in ensuring the CEO can operate efficiently and focus on high-impact initiatives by managing day-to-day administrative duties, communication, scheduling

POSITION SUMMARY

SFA is seeking a highly organized and mission-driven Part-Time Executive Assistant to support the CEO with day-to-day administrative and strategic tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic nonprofit environment and can manage a diverse workload while maintaining discretion and professionalism.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a high-level administrative role, preferably in a nonprofit, government, or military-related organization
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and project management tools
  • Familiarity with nonprofit governance, board engagement, or government contracting is a plus
  • Interest in national security, space, defense, or public service sectors is desirable
  • US Citizenship required
