Executive Assistant to the CEO   As the Executive Assistant to the CEO,  you will be an extension of the CEO’s office. You are the architect of our leadership’s time and the connective tissue that keeps our C-suite operating at peak performance. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Coastal’s strategic vision is translated into action across our leadership team, helping us maintain our reputation as a top-tier Salesforce partner. Role Responsibilities: * Drive the cadence of the C-suite. After leadership meetings, you will distill discussions into actionable tasks, assign owners, and track progress to ensure "the ball is never dropped." * Collaborate with the Finance and Operations leads to ensure company performance metrics are communicated back to CEO timely * Coordinate relationships with key TCS, Salesforce and Snowflake stakeholders, ensuring the CEO is prepared with the right data and context before every call. * Transform raw data and strategic concepts into high-impact board decks and keynote-quality presentations. * Identify bottlenecks in how information flows from the CEO to the rest of the company and implement new workflows to fix them. * Attend C-suite meetings, capture high-level strategic directives, and ensure follow-through from department heads.  * Gather meeting briefing information about attendees, opportunities, relationships, etc, from the internal team before Customer and Partner meetings. * Draft executive communications, board decks, and strategic memos that reflect the CEO’s voice and the firm's brand to support internal communications strategy * Schedule meetings for C-Suite with customers, strategic partners, and Coastal employees and maintain Executive Contact list * Book travel arrangements, including flights, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation, as needed. * Lead special projects—from internal culture initiatives to preparing high-stakes presentations for Salesforce stakeholders or key accounts. Experience/Skills Required: * 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably within a professional services, consulting, or SaaS environment. * Proven track record of managing projects that involve multiple stakeholders. * Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal * Experience leading cross-functional projects where you had to influence people who did not report to you (e.g., VPs and Directors) * Flexibility to travel as required for on-site event support (based on event schedule). * Must have full-time permanent US work authorization Additional Preferred Experience/Skills: * Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience * Familiarity in the Salesforce ecosystem (or eager to master it) and expert-level in Slack, Zoom, and modern project management tools (Asana, Monday, etc.). * You understand billable hours, utilization rates, and the urgency required to thrive in a client-facing services business.
