As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll work at the heart of our leadership team and play a critical role in making sure Via runs smoothly at the highest levels. This is not a traditional administrative role - you’ll be a strategic partner and trusted operator, owning key workflows, ensuring airtight execution, and keeping things moving forward in a fast-paced environment. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills. Salary reflected does not include equity or variable pay, where applicable
  • Salary Range: $115,000 - $145,000 per year

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Serve as a right-hand partner to Via’s CEO, acting as an extension of their time, energy, and judgment
  • Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination across time zones with precision and thoughtfulness
  • Prepare for high-stakes meetings: create agendas, materials, briefs, and follow-ups to ensure top-tier execution and communication
  • Facilitate internal communications and support executive alignment across functions and teams
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism; maintain absolute confidentiality
  • Coordinate travel logistics and day-to-day operations
  • Partner with stakeholders across Via - from internal leaders to external partners - to support initiatives, troubleshoot blockers, and move projects forward
  • Build and refine scalable administrative processes that keep our executive function running like a well-oiled machine
