Description
Waad Education is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trusted Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our team. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide strategic administrative and operational support to our CEO, ensuring smooth coordination across our schools and departments, and helping drive key initiatives forward. Key Responsibilities: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization of key commitments. Prepare, proofread, and format reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials for internal and external audiences. Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO’s office and internal teams, school leaders, board members, partners, and external stakeholders. Coordinate and prepare agendas for executive meetings, take clear minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion. Support the planning and execution of Board of Directors meetings, including preparing documents, liaising with members, and maintaining records. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity. Assist with research, data collection, and preparing briefing notes to support strategic decision-making. Track key initiatives and projects led by the CEO’s office, ensuring updates and progress are communicated effectively. Perform other administrative and support tasks as needed to enable the CEO to focus on strategic leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role Prior experience in the education sector is a plus. Key Competencies and Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential matters with integrity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs. Personal Attributes: Reliable and trustworthy. Adaptable and flexible in approach. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
