SUMMARY
In addition to the performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by management based upon the particular requirements of the company.
· Provide full-time administrative support to CFO
· Primary responsibility is to Maintain License and Permit Service Agreement, leases, Gift Card system, concessions payments and some monthly Balance sheet accounts reconciliation. Purchase orders for IT. Assist with month end closing, Balance sheet account and report analysis. Assist with annual budget preparation. Other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs. It requires walking or standing to a significant degree, as well as reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, and seeing.
