Key responsibilities Daily Support: Assist the CGRO with day-to-day activities. Strategic Projects: Drive and manage strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Presentation Preparation: Create compelling presentations for both internal decision-making processes and external meetings. Inquiry Response: Address internal and external inquiries promptly and professionally. Representation: Act as a representative of the CGRO office in various forums. Coordination: Coordinate strategic and cross-entity initiatives, ensuring timely preparation in collaboration with Functional Board members and Heads of Departments. Project Participation: Engage in project work that requires the attention or representation of the CGRO. Qualification Educational Background: Excellent university degree preferably in economics and / or finance, or else in mathematics, natural sciences, or related fields (among top 10% graduates). Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in German is desirable. Additional language skills, especially French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian, are a plus. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in preparing presentations and document management. Experience & Key skills Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in the (re)insurance industry, consulting, or investment banking. Alternatively, a PhD in a relevant subject with practical working experience. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis. High affinity to data and IT. Integrity: High level of integrity and trustworthiness, especially in handling confidential information. Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the insurance business and financial markets. Organizational Skills: Exceptional project, organizational, and time management skills.
