EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Zenodro Homes, an award-winning luxury homebuilder in Central Florida, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO.
We are looking for a highly organized professional who can manage schedules, coordinate projects, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and keep operations running smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience supporting a CEO or senior executive.
  • Real estate or homebuilding industry experience required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Asana, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Mac OS.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
  • Accountable, detail-oriented, and able to work with urgency.
Responsibilities
  • Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel.
  • Communicate on behalf of the CEO with executives, partners, and vendors.
  • Track projects and ensure timely follow-up using tools such as Asana, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Tableau, and Mac OS.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Partner with CEO to drive initiatives forward and meet performance metrics.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
