Cognite is seeking a highly strategic, proactive, and exceptionally organized professional for a nExecutive Assistant, Office Manager role. This is a pivotal position designed to be a true force multiplier for our commercial leadership.
WHO YOU ARE
THE PRIMARY FUNCTION OF THIS ROLE IS PROVIDING SEAMLESS, HIGH-LEVEL SUPPORT TO OUR CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER (CRO), WHO IS BASED IN BOSTON. SECONDARILY, YOU WILL SUPPORT OUR AMERICAS (AMER) PRESIDENT, LOCATED IN HOUSTON. TERTIARILY, YOU WILL SERVE AS THE OFFICE MANAGER FOR OUR VIBRANT HOUSTON HUB.
Based out of our dynamic downtown Houston office at The Ion, this role requires a primary onsite presence (4-5 days per week) to foster a strong office culture and provide hands-on support. The ideal candidate is a master of logistics with an exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, plan international events, and communicate fluidly and effectively with executive-level constituents.
