Description
Administrative Support Manage the CIO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for leadership meetings. Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion. Project & Operations Coordination Support the CIO in tracking strategic initiatives, KPIs, and departmental deliverables. Assist in project planning, documentation, and reporting across IT programs. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners on behalf of the CIO. Coordinate budget preparation, expense tracking, and procurement requests. Communication & Documentation Draft and review reports, presentations, and communication materials for the CIO. Maintain records, policies, and dashboards relevant to IT governance and operations. Facilitate communication between the CIO and the executive leadership team. Event & Meeting Management Organize IT leadership meetings, offsites, and town halls. Coordinate logistics for vendor meetings, board reviews, and conferences. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives. Experience in a technology or IT-driven organization is highly desirable. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, etc.). Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Executive presence and professionalism. Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
