Description

This vital role provides high-level, confidential administrative support to the City Manager and Assistant City Manager, coordinates with other departments and outside agencies, and serves as a point of contact for members of the public. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates discretion, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least three (3) years of responsible administrative support experience
  • Valid Class C California driver’s license or ability to obtain one
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $6,070.47 - $7,377.50 per month
