JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role requires a detail-oriented, independent professional with exceptional project management, analytical, and communication skills. You will assist in overseeing operations, coordinating program tasks, and contributing to high-impact initiatives, including grant writing, event planning, and social media management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years of executive administrative or project coordination experience
  • Strong experience with AI platforms, Google Workspace, Excel, and cloud-based tools
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Preferred: experience in nonprofit, education, healthcare, or disability services sectors
  • Preferred: experience with grant writing or fundraising

EDUCATION

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or a related field
