We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to the Creative Director to partner with Erica Bianchini and ensure every facet of her creative vision—from production submissions to global campaign rollouts—is executed flawlessly. This full‑time, in‑person role is central to sustaining Ecksand’s reputation for excellence and ethical craftsmanship.Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Travel Management:
  • Coordinate Erica’s complex domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and on‑the‑ground logistics.
  • Maintain all Creative Direction deadlines, including production design submission timelines and campaign visual‑direction milestones.
  • Design Production Liaison:
  • Translate Erica’s sketches and notes into clear design summaries and technical briefs for the production team.
  • Track each stage of development—sourcing through sampling—to ensure on‑schedule delivery.
  • PR & Communications Support (Essential):
  • Assist Erica in building and maintaining agency relationships.
  • Edit, format, and distribute press releases and interview materials.
  • Coordinate with high‑profile brand ambassadors and manage media outreach.
  • Digital Creative Administration:
  • Prepare mood boards, research decks, and background materials using Canva; Adobe Suite proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Photoshoot Logistics Support:
  • Assist on logistics for photoshoots, events, and speaking engagements—ensuring Erica has everything she needs to shine.
  • Administrative Assistance:
  • Forward purchase orders on Erica’s behalf and manage file organization with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Work‑Related Errands:
  • Run work‑related errands to keep Erica’s day running smoothly and efficiently.

Who You Are

EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven track record as an Executive Assistant, hands‑on experience in PR is a plus.
