This role requires the successful candidate to maintain a Working with Children Check The successful candidate can apply for the WWCC as part of the onboarding process. In the case the selected candidate doesn’t have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Provide High-Quality Executive Support: Manage the Dean’s diary, coordinate meetings, and prepare materials for various engagements.
  • Manage Communications: Handle correspondence, email triage, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate Administrative Processes: Arrange travel, process expenses, and assist with faculty recruitment and performance reviews.
  • Contribute to Team Success: Collaborate with colleagues, identify process improvements, and support other senior executives as needed.
