ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an experienced and qualified administrative professional to join us as the Executive Assistant to our Director City Planning and Development.
This role works closely with our Director City Planning and Development to assist and ensure the directorate operates smoothly and efficiently by providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support. The incumbent will need an excellent level of communication with interpersonal skills and the ability to process and prioritise workflow and diary so that the Department can run smoothly.
