We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Director in managing several successful education companies. The position is based primarily in Bel Air, with occasional travel within Los Angeles. This is not a typical assistant role. We need someone who is sharp, proactive, quick on their feet, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The right person will be deeply involved in the daily operations and will help manage priorities, staff coordination, and the execution of key projects. You will serve as the Director’s right hand, helping organize, communicate, and ensure the smooth operation of multiple businesses. This position requires intelligence, initiative, and exceptional follow-through. Responsibilities Manage calendars, schedules, and communications for the Director Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal memos Coordinate meetings, track deliverables, and follow up with staff and external partners Assist with hiring logistics, staff coordination, and special projects Create and format professional materials, including flyers, proposals, and internal documents Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Support company events and meetings as needed Monitor multiple projects simultaneously to ensure tasks are completed on time Requirements Who You Are Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and efficient A strong communicator who can write clear, polished emails, memos, and documents Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and Monday.com (or similar platforms) A fast learner with strong problem-solving skills and good judgment Confident, professional, and comfortable working with executives, staff, and outside partners Able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities effectively Reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion Available full-time and able to travel locally to Bel Air, Westlake Village, Malibu, and nearby areas Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred At least three years of experience as an executive or personal assistant Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High level of comfort with technology, document formatting, and presentation tools Positive attitude, professional presence, and strong initiative
