Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director of Operations. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills, capable of handling sensitive information with discretion, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar executive or administrative support role.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or a service-driven environment is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
  • Discreet, reliable, and able to handle pressure with a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Flexible and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize the Director’s calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials on behalf of the Director.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Assist in tracking KPIs, operational reports, and project deadlines.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and databases related to the operations department.
  • Coordinate with department heads and team leads to support smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Monitor and manage emails, ensuring urgent matters are escalated and addressed promptly.
  • Support the Director in implementing business strategies, managing special projects, and driving continuous improvement.
