Role Overview We are seeking a highly strategic, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to the Founder & CEO. This is not a traditional administrative role. This position requires someone who can operate with discretion, anticipate needs, manage executive operations, coordinate cross-functional priorities, and ensure seamless execution of high-impact initiatives across geographies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and can balance strategic thinking with flawless execution. Key Responsibilities 1. Executive Operations & Calendar Management Own and optimize the CEO’s calendar across multiple time zones (US, India, APAC) Prioritize meetings aligned to strategic objectives Prepare agendas, pre-reads, and briefing notes Ensure disciplined follow-up and action tracking 2. Strategic Initiative Support Support quarterly and annual planning cycles Track CEO-level goals and cross-functional initiatives Assist in preparation of board decks, investor materials, and executive presentations Monitor progress on key revenue, product, and expansion initiatives 3. Communication & Stakeholder Management Draft executive-level communications (internal announcements, partner outreach, investor updates) Coordinate with senior leaders across Sales, Product, Delivery, and Finance Serve as liaison between CEO and leadership team Maintain confidentiality with sensitive corporate matters 4. Travel & Event Coordination Manage domestic and international travel logistics Coordinate executive participation in conferences, summits, and client events Prepare briefing materials for strategic meetings 5.
