You will act as a trusted confidant, coordinator, and cultural bridge—enabling the GM to lead Faena Wadi Safar with presence, vision, and authority, while ensuring that every interaction, meeting, and correspondence reflects the property’s elegance and attention to detail. What You Will Create A Seamless Executive Rhythm Manage the GM’s schedule, priorities, and communications with finesse—ensuring clarity, timing, and alignment across all departments, owners, and partners. Pre-Opening Mastery Support pre-opening coordination by tracking critical paths, milestones, and key deliverables—helping to make complex projects feel inevitable and effortless. A Trusted Extension of Leadership Act as a discreet and confident representative of the GM—anticipating needs, resolving challenges, and ensuring stakeholders experience clarity, warmth, and professionalism. Operational Harmony Coordinate meetings, briefings, and events with precision—turning operational details into seamless, well-orchestrated experiences. Collaboration & Influence Foster relationships with internal leadership, teams, and external stakeholders—supporting Saudization initiatives and promoting a culture of trust, respect, and alignment. Presence with Purpose Enable the GM to focus on strategy, culture, and guest experience—ensuring the heartbeat of Faena Wadi Safar remains vibrant, expressive, and aligned with its ethos. Qualifications Who You Are A Saudi National with experience supporting senior leadership, ideally in luxury hospitality, mixed-use developments, or high-profile executive environments. Exceptionally organized, culturally fluent, and emotionally intelligent, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve challenges discreetly. Fluent in Arabic and English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Skilled at managing multiple priorities, sensitive information, and complex calendars with grace, presence, and precision.
