The Role We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to the General Manager to provide proactive, high-level support to our leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You’ll act as a key partner to the GM, ensuring smooth coordination across schedules, meetings, and projects. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, discretion, as well as the ability to anticipate needs and adapt quickly. Location & Work Type: Jerusalem, Israel – 4 days in office Who You Are A proactive and detail-oriented professional who can anticipate the GM’s needs and provide seamless support. You have exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism. You’re adaptable, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while staying one step ahead in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Actually Be Doing Calendar Management: Manage the GM’s dynamic calendar; schedule appointments and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones to optimize time management and prioritization. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring smooth logistics. Communication: Act as a liaison between the GM and internal/external stakeholders through clear, professional communication, both in English and Hebrew. Build productive relationships with teams in our US based parent company. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and edit reports, relevant company procedures, presentations, documents and occasional speeches for the GM, ensuring accuracy and consistency. This includes filing GM expense reports. Meeting Support: Attend meetings, take minutes, and track action items to ensure follow-through. Project Coordination: Support special projects and initiatives assigned, including operations, logistics, research, data analysis, and project management. Office Management Support: Collaborate with the Operations team on ongoing office needs and requests. Leadership Support: Provide limited support to Israel management team as well as US executives visiting Israel. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality. Requirements What You Bring to the Table 4+ years of professional experience in a people-facing role, preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment 2+ years of experience supporting top-level executives 2+ years of experience in general office management Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing work environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English Ability to view challenges as opportunities for growth Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Resourceful, proactive, and positive with a can-do attitude Team player with high motivation, dedication, and commitment Exceptional organizational and time management abilities Proven discretion and understanding of confidentiality Why You’ll Love Working Here You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing environment where no two days are alike.
