We are a not for profit Catholic private hospital which operates across four sites at Fitzroy, East Melbourne, Kew and Werribee. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Executive Assistant to our General Manager/Director of Clinical Services (GM/DCS) at our Fitzroy campus and associated departments across the site. The successful applicant will provide high level administrative support and must have exceptional organisational and communication skills as well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment. You will also have a professional attitude and excellent attention to detail. You will be responsible for managing the GM/DCS’s schedule as well as overseeing the coordination of various activities and events across the entire Fitzroy site. You will also be required to foster relationships with key stakeholders across the hospital and our other Victorian sites. This is full time permanent position. Responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to); Not more than 5 points recommended Effective management of the GM/DCS’s diary movements and activities Co-ordination of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the GM/DCS’s office Manage meeting requirements, prepare meeting agendas, packs and associated documents as well as minuting of various meetings Monitoring of emails ensuring action items are followed up appropriately Providing support as required to the Fitzroy leadership team The successful candidate will have; Not more than 5 points recommended Knowledge & understanding of the health industry is desirable but not essential Exceptional time management and the ability to prioritise tasks The ability to anticipate the needs of the GM/DCS Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships Demonstrated ability to work independently High level of communication and interpersonal skills How to Apply: Your application must contain a cover letter and CV to be considered.
