Position Overview The Executive Assistant will oversee and perform a wide variety of administrative support activities for the Head of School and the Board of Education. Key Responsibilities As the Executive Assistant at Cherry Hills Christian School, you will: · Anticipate the needs of the Head of School and operate with a high level of independence and initiative · Manage logistics for meetings, events, and Board-related activities, ensuring accurate preparation and follow-through · Support school-wide initiatives, processes, and priorities through strong team collaboration · Maintain timely, thorough, and service-oriented communication via email, phone, and voicemail · Build trust by maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment in all matters · Coordinate cross functional teams to align solutions-oriented results · Utilize institutional knowledge to navigate complex relationships and situations within a deadline · Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Head of School with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency · Foster strong, collaborative relationships with administrative staff, teachers, support personnel, and board members · Connect relationally with students, families, faculty, staff, and visitors in all interactions · Prioritize, compose, edit, and format internal and external communications as directed · Coordinate, attend, and document notes and action items for the Head of School’s leadership teams · Communicate on behalf of the Head of school in a professional, positive, and encouraging manner · Partner with the Head of School in implementing the Long-Range Strategic Plan and Continuous School Improvement Plan · Manage all logistics for Head of School, hosted events, meetings, vendor communications · Collaborate with key departments to organize donor connections · Maintain the annual calendar of the Board of Education meetings and key governance milestones · Facilitate monthly Board of Education meetings and any retreats or outside events Position Details Title: Executive Assistant Reports To: Head of School Position Type: Full-time, hourly/exempt Hours: 40+ hours/week (school year) and 20 hours/week (summer) Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000, based on experience Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 403B Retirement Location: Cherry Hills Christian School – Highlands Ranch, CO Accepting applications through April 30, 2026 Requirements QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking candidates who demonstrate the following: · A strong and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ, evident both personally and professionally · Alignment with CHCS’s mission, core values, and statement of faith · Bachelor’s degree required · Minimum of three years of executive/C-suite support experience preferred · Exceptional verbal and written communication skills · High level of discretion and professionalism with sensitive information · Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively · Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team · Commitment to excellence, stewardship, and continuous improvement · Ability to pass a criminal background check · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Productivity systems · Must be able to uphold and support the mission statement, values, and faith statement
