Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant (EA) position is responsible for administratively supporting the Office of the President. Duties will include:

  • Assisting the President in local, statewide, and national activities
  • Providing administrative and clerical support to the College President, CGCC Board of Education (Board), and the CGCC Foundation Board of Directors
  • Supporting the administrative needs of the Office of Advancement, including tasks associated with nonprofit management; donor contact for outreach, engagement, and fundraising; public-facing and internal event support
