Responsibilities
  • Provide high quality administrative support to senior management team
  • Day to Day Office Operations such as mail, monitoring and ordering office supplies & coffee.
  • Produces information by formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
  • Conserves executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
  • Manage and maintain senior management’s schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events.
  • Record and distribute minutes of meetings.
  • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls to senior management.
  • Receive and interact with incoming visitors to senior management.
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels.
  • Interact with external clients.
  • Co-ordinate project-based work.
  • Provide assistance to HR Manager.
  • Other tasks as assigned from time to time.
