We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the President of our organization. This is a newly created position, offering a unique opportunity for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative in helping the President leverage his time and skills effectively.pre-screening questions tailored for the Executive Assistant role you described:

  • Do you have prior experience working as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership? If yes, please share details.
  • This role requires you to work on-site, Monday to Friday at our South Windsor, CT office. Are you able to commit to this schedule?
  • Can you describe your experience with calendar management, travel/ticketing coordination, and managing priorities for executives?
  • Have you managed or coordinated with offshore teams before? If yes, please provide an example of how you handled communication across time zones.
  • This is a newly created role where we are looking for someone who can take initiative and guide the President. Can you share an example from your past experience where you proactively guided or supported leadership to improve efficiency or decision-making?

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar mid-level role.
  • Strong skills in calendar and time management.
  • Experience coordinating with offshore teams preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet, adapt quickly, and problem-solve effectively.
  • Ticketing and travel coordination experience a plus.
  • Professional, proactive, and confident personality.
