Description

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join our growing team.

Day to Day You’ll Be

  • Uses business software applications (e.g. word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.; may prepare responses to routine correspondence and inquires.
  • Receives, screens and directs incoming calls/visitors, mail and email as required.
  • Maintains files and records
  • Arrange business travel, within the UK and international • Diary management • Coordinates meeting arrangements
  • Co-ordinating the organisation of business functions, and some social events for the team
  • Complete expense submissions on behalf of leadership team • Invoice creation/administration
  • Production of presentations and board reports

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions and prioritise
  • Highest level of confidentiality, integrity, professionalism
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills • Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work
  • Ability to liaise at an executive level and to work under pressure
  • Able to form professional relationships with people at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Open, honest and diplomatic
  • Able to manage a busy workload
