  Experienced Executive Assistant to Triple Zero’s executives Support your community and the emergency services - work for triple zero Full-time permanent position    About Triple Zero Victoria   Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state’s emergency services agencies. It provides Victoria’s 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES.     This integration of emergency services communications within Triple Zero Victoria is unique in Australia and rare worldwide. The team at Triple Zero Victoria are deeply committed to the community they serve and are among the most dedicated and highly skilled in their field.     About the Role   An opportunity exists for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to be appointed as Executive Assistant to TZV’s Executive Directors. The successful candidate will provide high level confidential assistance and administrative expertise to enable the Executives to fulfil their responsibilities and contribute positively to achieving the desired outcomes and culture   The variety and challenge in this role will come from the following duties: Provide administrative support, including diary management, scheduling travel, arranging meetings and minute taking; screening and initiating communications; extensive document management and appropriate distribution of correspondence. Perform complex word processing, formatting and document quality inspection tasks to prepare confidential/sensitive external correspondence and documents, internal memoranda, spread sheets and reports. Develop collateral, and presentations that support improved communications to the TZV community. Maintain an up-to-date register of key activities and projects and their status, ensuring the Executive is across any issues in a timely manner. Maintain customer, stakeholder and staff confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential. Build Positive relationships with employees and external stakeholders at all levels, ensuring the Executives are accessible and viewed positively.      About You     To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you will have the following:   Experience providing administrative or executive support for multiple executives stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communications. Highly developed planning, organising and scheduling skills. Strong proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint. Diplomacy, ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion. Experience in content management would be an advantage   Your professionalism and mature demeanour will help with the day-to-day operation of this fast-paced, ever changing environment.
