QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Experience in managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
  • Experience in a consulting, financial services, or entrepreneurial firm is advantageous

Responsibilities

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant located in St. Petersburg, FL. The Executive Assistant will provide executive administrative support, manage expense reports, and assist with communication. The role involves both in-office work and the flexibility to work from home.

In addition to executive support, this role will require assisting with personal items to free the executive’s workload, as well as supporting advisory client projects. Tasks may include:

  • Recruiting and candidate coordination
  • Drafting and maintaining Sales & Operations SOPs
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of company webinars and events
  • Supporting M&A administrative tasks
  • General project coordination, task management, and cross-team collaboration

This role requires someone who is eager to learn, adapt, and wear many hats in a fast-moving consulting environment. For the right individual with the bandwidth and performance record, this position has the potential to convert into a full-time role.
