This role demands discretion, agility, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced project environment. Key Responsibilities Calendar & Meeting Management Manage schedules, appointments, and travel plans for senior leadership Coordinate internal and external meetings, site visits, and vendor interactions Communication & Liaison Act as the primary point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations Project Coordination Support Assist in tracking project milestones, documentation, and follow-ups with site teams Maintain records of project updates, vendor communications, and client interactions Administrative Oversight Handle confidential information with integrity Support procurement, HR, and finance teams with documentation and approvals Reporting & Documentation Prepare MIS reports, meeting minutes, and executive summaries Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems Qualifications Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration or related field. Prior experience supporting CXO/Director-level executives Strong command of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with real estate or construction project workflows is a plus.
